Mike Papageorgiou was born in Kavala, Greece, where he co-founded his first record label, “Who Stole The Summer? Records” at the age of 17. He moved to Thessaloniki in the early 1990s to study and continue his work in music. He has worked as a radio producer, music producer, and DJ, but his main occupation is running the record labels “Green Cookie Records,” “Surf Cookie Records,” “Greek Guru Records,” and NYKTIMELOS Recordings which have released more than 200 albums with artists and bands from all over the world. He began writing short stories about love, light, and music while living, philosophizing, meditating, and hoping to be born again somewhere in Asia. His first book is “The Sound Of The Sun,” and he is currently working on his second.
